Shipping Policy

At Meat Market, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and securely as possible. We offer shipping for retail products purchased through our website. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Rates:
We offer various shipping options depending on your location and the type of products you are purchasing. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size, shipping destination, and selected method.

Delivery Times:
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are also available for faster delivery, and delivery times will vary based on the method chosen.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times due to external factors such as weather or carrier delays. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to notify you and provide updates.

Packaging and Handling:
We take extra care to package our products securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. For perishable items, we use appropriate temperature-controlled packaging to maintain the quality and freshness of your products during transit.

International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking:

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of some of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility:
For most retail products, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unopened condition and packaging. For perishable products (such as meats, seafood, or prepared foods), returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@meatmarket.net. Please include your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Perishable goods (meats, seafood, fresh produce)
  • Opened or used products

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
